Event Details

A direct connection to our colonial history lives in the Milestones that are still visible today along Route 9 as it weaves along Westchester’s Hudson River shore.  These Milestones influenced colonial life on a daily basis, helped Washington navigate the Revolutionary War, and established a sense of place in early America.  New research and recently discovered secondary sources bring to life the history of these important markers.  Learn about their stories and mysteries in this presentation by Henry John Steiner, the Village Historian of Sleepy Hollow, and by Char Weigel, Trustee of the Historical Society in Tarrytown.

Registration details will be posted shortly.
